Today we are talking about no other then Edmund Kemper. I know alot of people have done this serial killer but maybe we can offer some info that ya'll maybe didn't know. Also we dive into part 1 talking about his childhood and his first murders as a teen. We also talk about how the system should have kept him off the streets forever and did a better job, but we all know that wasn't the case, especially in the 70's.
